Some people believe that it is important for young children to go to school as soon as possible. Others, however, believe that children should be allowed to stay at home and play until they are six or seven years old. Which viewpoint do you agree with? Why?

- Working parents --- children are left unattended  at homes 

- highly competitive world --- survival of the fittest

- peer learning, social- skill developments

- good teacher can identify developmental / behavioral defects as they are handling children of same age

Disagree

- Initial learning starts from their home and surroundings 

- Learn family culture and traditions

- Too much pressure and tension at a very young age

- Get individual attention
